There are several beaches around La Faute-sur-Mer to suit all tastes. La Grand’Plage<\/strong> is the most accessible and lively, ideal for a simple day at the water’s edge. For a safe, family-friendly setting, Plage des B\u00e9lugas<\/strong> is perfect, thanks to its supervision and peaceful atmosphere. Dive into the ocean and swim for about 20 to 30 minutes. Swimming<\/strong> is a great<\/strong> full-body<\/strong> workout<\/strong> that also helps to cool you down. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Get together with friends or join in a game of beach volleyball<\/strong>. This activity puts your whole body to work, especially your legs, trunk and arms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
